Each session is 3 hours long.

The Masterclass sessions are run during your Whisky Live session and are optional. At the event there will be a class schedule written up near the entry, listing the Masterclass topics and their times. People interested will be taken to a quiet space to sit and listen to a 15 minute class.

Smart casual clothing is requested. Please, no open footware, singlets or dirty clothes. Arrive on time to have maximum time at the event.

Not really. There will be food, water, a Tasting Guide, pen and a bag to put them in while eating, and people usually feel warm rather than cold at the event so no need for a jacket.

The whiskies are showcased by brand at stands around the room, exhibition style. You are free to wander around at your own pace and visit the stands. Each stand has a presenter who will talk about their whiskies and give you a sample to taste. You can ask questions and between tastings there is food to graze on and water to drink.

No. The whiskies on all the stands except one are included in your ticket. The exeption is the Rare & Old Bar which has high priced whiskies where tastings are charged per dram.

All the whiskies are available for tasting and there is no restriction on the number of whiskies you can taste, however, security will be vigilant to remove people who become intoxicated. Our liquor license will not permit intoxicated people to remain in the event. A hefty fine is imposed on both the event and the intoxicated person if a person is caught at the event. Please don’t become intoxicated.

No sorry. But you can transfer the ticket to another session time if the time you booked does not suit. You can give the ticket to another person or have it transferred to another city should you be travelling.

No problem. Just advise us at the door and we’ll look up your ticket records. Give us the last name used when the ticket was purchased.

Yes it may be possible, but only if the session is not sold out. We advise you to pre-purchase tickets online to ensure admission.
For all Whisky Live events, there are a limited number of tickets allocated. Should a session that you arrive at be full, you will not be able to get in. Please check online if tickets are available before travelling to the event without a pre-purchased ticket.

Yes, send us a note using the Contact Us below and we’ll supply a mailing address and instructions. Your ticket will be emailed to you after payment has been received.
By the way, a PayPal account can connect to your bank account and does not need a credit card to make online purchases.
